Headway’s programmed activities are scheduled over four sessions each year, roughly coinciding with school terms, with a one week break in between.

Participants can suggest new activities and programs and Headway provides assistance and support for any participant who wishes to organise a program or activity on an individual basis.

Regular excursions are organised including cruises on Sydney Harbour, outings to concerts, shows, visits to major attractions such as the Sydney Aquarium, an annual Christmas Party/Presentation Night & and informal barbecues.
