Headway’s professional staff is fully qualified at tertiary level in the provision of Welfare and Disability Services. All work on a part-time basis and have a small fleet of vehicles at their disposal for fieldwork and external support activities.

A small administrative team, comprising a CEO and an Administration Manager provide regulatory and operational support to the organisation. Headway is governed by a Management Committee elected annually from amongst participants and the general membership.

Headway’s premises are set in a quiet, bushland setting with easy access to public transport and other community services. They are specially designed to accommodate the needs of people who are physically disabled and provide an attractive and comfortable recreational and educational environment.
